Going for Broch!

Broch Cafe Review

Where: Strathyre, Perthshire- FK18 8NA

WWW: https://brochcafe.co.uk/

The Broch cafe is right on the NCN 7 and takes its name from the nearby reconstruction of a Broch. It’s a charming family owned cafe which is both dog and cycle friendly.

There is ample parking if your ride begins there and if you’ve chosen it as a coffee and cake stop there is plenty of rack space to chain up your steed.

The Broch cafe also provides a track pump and a maintenance stand armed with any amount of Allen keys. For those with E-Bikes there is also an Bosch Electric Charger

All handily situated close to a gazebo in case you arrive their at the height of “Scottish Summer!”

The Broch cafe provides a great selection of soup and sandwich combos as well as the cyclists staples of great coffee and tray bakes. For those using it as a starting point for longer adventures there is also cooked and veggie breakfast options.

Finally for those of you not satisfied with its great location and service there is a pétanque court where you can imagine you are in France waiting for Le Tour to come thru!

If you are cycling the NCN7 from Killin to Aberfoyle it’s the ideal mid ride stopping point.
