Glasgow Velodrome Away Day 2022

Fancy trying something new this winter? Join us for an away day to Glasgow taking in a track cycling taster session, some time in the to see the sights or do some shopping followed by some food and beers before heading home. Ditch the rain cape and grab your ticket for this one-off day trip.

About the Event
Fed up pulling on the rain cape in the winter weather? Not enthused by the idea of heading out on the trail to battle the winds? Well have we got the perfect day trip for you!Â
We are heading down to Glasgow for a full day trip which includes exclusive use of the state-of-the-art olympic sized velodrome, hire of everything you need, support of a coach to guide you through your track taster session from riding a fixie without any brakes to helping you navigate your way up the banked corners of this amazing arena.Â
To make best use of the day, we've built in some time for you to take in the sights of Glasgow after the track session, or perhaps do some shopping; or why not head straight to one of Glasgow's watering holes to let those leggies relax. We'll also be heading to Glasgow's only Teppenyaki restaurant - Soporo where, if you've got enough energy left over you'll have to dodge flying food cooked in front of you by Sapporo's amazing Chefs / Entertainers.Â
