Too many times over the last few years I haven’t ridden my bike cause I didn’t have 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours or more to spare.

But it shouldn’t be like that. Grab every opportunity, be it 45 minutes, 6 hours or a week long ride, to turn the pedals.

Every ride doesn’t have to be an epic; just riding a bike is epic enough...
